2. Temperature and pressure resistance performance:

Aluminum flange: Aluminum alloy has relatively low resistance to temperature and pressure and is usually not suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline systems.
Carbon steel flange: Carbon steel flange is suitable for working environments with high temperature and pressure and has better temperature and pressure resistance performance.

3. Purpose:

Aluminum flange: mainly used in some lightweight pipeline systems, power systems, and applications that require good conductivity and lightweight characteristics.
Carbon steel flange: widely used in industrial pipeline systems, including petroleum, chemical, power and other fields, suitable for applications under various temperature and pressure conditions.

4. Conductivity:

Aluminum flange: Aluminum is a good conductive material, so aluminum flanges are suitable for some situations that require conductivity, such as power systems.
Carbon steel flange: Carbon steel has relatively poor conductivity, so it may not be the preferred choice in applications that require excellent conductivity.

5. Cost:

Aluminum flange: It is usually relatively expensive because the manufacturing cost of aluminum alloy is higher.
Carbon steel flanges: Generally speaking, the manufacturing cost of carbon steel flanges is relatively low, so they may be more competitive in some cost sensitive projects.
