Installation method
A. Welding
Before installing the joint, weld the end pipe at both ends of the pipeline. The method is: remove the bolt, open the clamp, fix the end pipe according to the installation length of the technical parameters corresponding to the pipe point, and adjust the parallelism of the pipes at both ends before welding.
B. Install rubber ring and bolt
After the end pipe is installed according to the above method, after cooling, install the sealing ring in the middle of the pipes at both ends according to the figure. The method is as follows: first turn the rubber ring over, that is, turn the inner sealing surface over to the outside, then put it on either end of the pipe, adjust it to the appropriate position, then pull up the outer edge of the rubber ring, buckle it on the other end of the pipe, and adjust the position of the seal ring on both ends of the pipe, so that the seal ring is in the middle of the two end pipes. In order to facilitate the smooth installation of the rubber ring, you can try to turn up the rubber ring edge and apply Vaseline lubrication. Then buckle the clamp on the end pipe in segments and fix the outer clamp with bolts. Attention should be paid to the following: the bolts should be tightened by diagonal method at the same time and gradually alternately. When tightening the bolts, the outer clamp should be hammered, so that the sealing ring can be evenly covered and the deformation of the outer clamp at the interface to the sealing ring can be avoided. After welding, burrs, bumps, scratches and dirt on the sealing surface shall be removed or repaired, and then anti-rust paint shall be sprayed.
C. Install the external card
Finally, wrap the outer card with the rubber sealing ring, make the sealing ring fully embedded in the sealing chamber of the outer card, press the bolts in turn (it must be pressed in order to avoid damage to the sealing ring due to excessive pressure on one side), and after installation, connect water for pressure test
D. Accidental leakage treatment
1. Loosen the bolts in turn, and then press them tightly. During the process, the hammer can be used to correct the external position. 2. If the method 1 is invalid, remove the outer card, check whether the sealing ring is broken during installation, and replace the sealing ring for solution. 3 If the above methods are invalid, contact the manufacturer for guidance

Simple description

The dismanting joint  also named gibault joint ,large tolerence flexible joint .It consists of the main body, the sealing ring, the gland, the telescopic short pipe and other main parts.
