Product Introduction

Weldolet is a type of reinforced pipe fitting used for branch pipe connection, and is also a commonly used pipeline connection method. It is mainly used to connect one pipeline to another pipeline or equipment through welding.

It consists of a set of four way pipes, including one main pipe and three auxiliary pipes.

Its common standard is also ASME weldolet.

Size:
Weldolet supports typically have a diameter of 4 inches to 60 inches and a wall thickness of standard specifications from SCH40 to SCHXXS. The pressure rating is usually Class150lb to Class2500lb.

Classification:

Weldolet can be divided into forged weldolet, butt welding weldolet, threaded weldolet, socket weldolet and so on.

Advantages:
The weldolet has outstanding advantages such as safety and reliability, cost reduction, simple construction, improved medium flow channel, series standardization, and convenient design and selection.

Disadvantages:
1. High design and manufacturing costs: The design and manufacturing of welded branch pipe platforms require the use of high-quality materials and high technical levels, resulting in relatively high costs.
2. Installation and maintenance are not very convenient: Although the convenience of installation and maintenance has been considered for the welded branch pipe platform, it still has a certain degree of inconvenience compared to other supporting equipment such as pipe clamps.
