Butt-welding flanges are widely used because they are not easy to deform, well sealed, widely used, have corresponding rigidity and elasticity requirements and reasonable butt welding thinning transition.
With the development of long-distance pipeline construction, butt-welded flange has become an important part of pipeline pressure test. Before and after the pressure test, each section of pipeline needs to be swept through the ball, with a frequency of 4-5 times. Especially after the pressure test, it is difficult to clean the water in the pipeline, and the cleaning times will increase.
Flat welding flange is another kind of flange. It is widely used and promoted in the machinery industry, and has received praise and favor from many users.
The main application environment of flat welding flange is suitable, and the specific use value and performance of flat welding flange need to be determined according to the specific situation. Flange manufacturing is simple and low cost, but the welding workload is large, the electrode consumption is large, and it can not withstand high temperature, high pressure, repeated bending and temperature fluctuation. It is generally used for pipelines with PN ≤ 2.5MPa, normal temperature, and working temperature t ≤ 0 ℃.
The other is to weld the outer weld between the flange and the pipe, and also to weld the pipe inserted into the flange. The pipe and the flange face shall be welded according to the drawing assembly requirements. Note that the flange face cannot be damaged during welding, otherwise the sealing is not good. In families, the pipe diameter is small, and it is low pressure, and the connection of butt welding flange is invisible. In a boiler room or production site, there are pipes and equipment connected by butt welding flanges everywhere.

1. Forging the blank into square billet, then cold bending into arc section, annealing after heat treatment, and then assembling into a whole circle on the vertical lathe to process to the designed shape and size;
2. The first step is to transport to the construction site, and then assemble and weld several arc segments into complete butt welding flanges;
3. Butt-welding flanges have different production standards in use and production, and can be produced and used according to the corresponding standards, so as to realize the use value and function of special-shaped flanges in practice.
