Product Introduction

Flexible single ball rubber joint is referred to as rubber joint for short. Rubber flexible joint is composed of rubber parts reinforced by fabric and flat movable joint, loose metal flange or threaded pipe flange, which is used for vibration isolation, noise reduction and displacement compensation of pipeline. It is a pipe joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance.

Characteristic

Effect

The flexible single-ball rubber joint can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and different centricity of various pipelines. According to different materials, the flexible single-ball rubber joint can be made into various varieties, such as acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, etc., which can adapt to various media and environments. The flexible single-ball rubber joint material is polar rubber, with good sealing, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life, but avoid contact with sharp metal instruments to avoid puncturing the ball. If flexible single-ball rubber joint is used overhead, it can be equipped with elastic support, and the bolts shall be tightened by diagonal method during installation. If the pipeline pressure of flexible single-ball rubber joint is too high, limit bolts shall be used to connect the flanges at both ends. During the manufacturing process, the inner layer is under high pressure, and the nylon cord fabric and rubber layer are better combined. The working pressure is higher and the quality is better than the ordinary flexible rubber joint. Its feature is that the inner rubber layer is integrated, smooth and seamless, and the label adopts vulcanization process, which is combined with the product.
