What are the connection methods for dismantling joints?

Dismantling joints, also known as power transmission joints or force transmission joints , are distinguished by single flange power transmission joints, double flange power transmission joints, and dismantling double flange power transmission joints, but their connection methods are not completely the same.

1. Single flange force transmission joints are suitable for connecting one side to the flange and welding the other side to the pipeline. During installation, adjust the installation length between the two ends of the product and the pipeline or flange. After installation and welding are completed, tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to form one, with a certain displacement. To facilitate installation and maintenance, adjustments will be made according to the on-site dimensions. During work, the axial thrust can be transmitted to the entire pipeline.

2. The double flange power transmission joint is composed of main components such as the body, sealing ring, gland, and expansion short pipe. Suitable for pipelines connected to flanges on both sides. During installation, adjust the installation length between the two ends of the product and the flange. Tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to form a whole with a certain displacement. When convenient for installation and maintenance, adjustments will be made according to the on-site dimensions. During operation, the anti axial thrust can be delivered to the entire pipeline.
Advantages: Simple and convenient installation, convenient valve installation
Features: One flange and one welding method

3. The detachable double flange force transfer joint is composed of loose flange expansion joints, short pipe flanges, power transmission screws, and other components. It can transmit the pressure and thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate for pipeline installation errors, but cannot absorb axial displacement. Mainly used for loose connection of accessories such as pumps and valves.

In addition, the power transmission joint can be divided into half wire power transmission joint and full wire power transmission joint when customized.
The price of the half wire power transmission joint is relatively cheaper, that is, the flange holes are installed with limited position wires separately;
The price of full wire transmission joints is more expensive, that is, each flange hole has bolts.
